Where we ship
Loot Caravan accepts delivery addresses in the United States only. International shipping is not offered. Any carrier restrictions will be shown before an order is placed.
Cost
Each product listing states whether U.S. shipping is free, fixed, based on combined packaged weight, or calculated as a first-item charge plus a stated amount for each additional unit. Weight-based products use the combined weight of eligible items in the cart and the configured weight bracket. Charges for other products are then added to that amount. The cart and payment page show the full total before payment. Loot Caravan does not add sales tax at checkout.
Processing and delivery
We estimate dispatch within 3 business days after an order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This is the time to prepare and hand the package to a carrier, not a promise that it will arrive within 3 business days. Carrier transit time depends on the destination and service; tracking will be provided when available.
Address and tracking
Please review the delivery address before submitting an order and contact us promptly if it needs correction. We will provide tracking when the selected service offers it. Contact support@lootcaravan.com if tracking shows a problem or a package does not arrive.
Delays and cancellations
If we cannot ship by the time promised at checkout, or within the period required when no time is stated, we will notify you and offer the delay or cancellation and prompt refund choices required by law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the amount due to the original payment method; we will not substitute store credit for a legally required refund without your agreement.
