Loot Caravan is operated by Scruffy City Collectibles LLC. These terms govern use of this website. Using it means you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or collect content through automated means that overload or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the site or users.
Products and orders
Displaying a product does not guarantee inventory or create an accepted order. Prices and availability are checked again when checkout begins. Checkout shows the items, shipping charge, and order total before payment; Loot Caravan does not add sales tax at checkout. We may correct errors or decline orders where permitted by law, with appropriate notice and refund of any payment collected. Our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies apply to purchases.
Condition and authenticity
When items are offered for sale, the listing should identify material condition details. Card and packaging images may be illustrative unless a listing specifically says the pictured item is the exact one you will receive. If a received item materially differs from its description, contact us so we can review it; the no-change-of-mind-returns rule does not take away applicable legal remedies.

Product names, game logos, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply that a publisher or rights holder sponsors or endorses Loot Caravan. Do not copy site content to suggest an affiliation with us or a rights holder.
